Béton Fortin

Our three plants in Amos, Rouyn-Noranda and Lebel-sur-Quévillon have capacities of 100 m³/h, 75 m³/h and 50 m³/h respectively. They are fully automated and can quickly fulfill the most challenging needs in concrete production.

The Amos and Rouyn-Noranda plants also have Qualibéton 9000 certification, guaranteeing that they meet quality standard NQ 2621-900 and certification protocol NQ 2621-905, required by the Quebec government’s Environment and Transport ministries, Hydro-Québec, several municipalities and numerous engineering firms.

Amos

• Capacity of approx. 100 m³/h
• Marcotte batching system
• 4 aggregate bins (100 tons each) with 2 X 12.5-ton load cells
• 2 cement silos (100 tons each) with a 3-ton load cell
• 2 steam boilers (40 hp and 70 hp) for winter operation
• Water regulator to control hot and cold water

Rouyn-Noranda

• Capacity of 75 m3/h
• 9 m3 Matrix Master
• Marcotte batching system
• 4 aggregate bins (110 tons each) with a 20-ton load cell
• 4 cement silos (200, 100, 60 and 40 tons) with a 3-ton load cell
• 60 hp steam boilers
• Water regulator to control mixing water temperature

Lebel-sur-Quévillon

• Capacity of 50 m3/h
• Electronic weighing system with digital indicator for the load cell
• 3 aggregate bins (30 tons each) with a 15-ton load cell
• 1 cement silo (90 tons) with a 3-ton load cell
• 40 hp steam boiler
• Water regulator to control mixing water temperature
